NJROTC participates in Coastal Cleanup. On Saturday the NJROTC cadets participated in the annual Coastal Cleanup by Keep Pasco Beautiful. The cadets picked up trash at Green Key Beach and then had a picnic and played beach volleyball afterward. The cadets had a great time and had a great day in the sun.
Pasco County has been a part of International Coastal Cleanup for the past 23 years. In 2013, approximately 1,515 Pasco County volunteers collected more than 17.55 tons (35,100 pounds) of trash and debris from all around Pasco.
